Quality Policy
Curo Brand Application was established to provide printing and signage to the equipment industry. We are based in Perth and employ a number of valuable staff. Quality is important to our business because we value our clients.
We are committed to:
• Establishing and maintaining the Quality Management System with measurable objectives and targets that
complies with ISO 9001.
• Providing procedures to assist workers perform their role efficiently and effectively.
• Ensuring dedicated and properly trained personnel produce quality workmanship on every project.
• Complying with applicable legal, client and other requirements.
• Maintaining a high level of quality standards as per the requirements outlined in ISO 9001.
• Strive to provide our clients with products and services which meet and even exceed their expectations.
• Reviewing company policies and procedures to improve business practices to provide a value for money
service to our clients.
• Continual improvement of the Quality Management System
We have the following systems and procedures in place to support us in our aim of total client satisfaction and continuous improvement throughout our business:
• Regular gathering and monitoring of client feedback
• A client complaints procedure
• Selection and performance monitoring of suppliers against set criteria
• Training and development for our workers
• Regular audit of our internal processes
• Measurable quality objectives which reflect our business aims
• Management reviews of audit results, client feedback and complaints
Our internal procedures are reviewed regularly and are held in a Quality Manual which is made available to
all workers.
This policy is posted on the Company Notice Board and can also be found in the employee handbook.
Although the Directors have ultimate responsibility for Quality, all workers have a responsibility within their own areas of work to help ensure that Quality is embedded within the whole of the company.
The Directors and all top management are committed to meet the requirements of ISO 9001.
